Arrival
Please ensure you arrive as close to possible to your appointment time. We do not mind if you are 5 to 10 minutes early as this will allow you time to relax.
Initial Consultation
All new clients will be asked to complete a client card at your very first appointment. This allows us to specifically tailor our services to suit your individual needs resulting in a relaxed and stress free appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that your circumstances may change and therefore you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If this is the case, we would greatly appreciate at least 24 hours notice where time allows.
Payment
Payment is required at time of service. This can be paid via cash or eftpos facilities are available.
